Suggestions and Complaints

We try to offer the best service we can at all times.

However, there may be occasions when you feel this has not happened.

Should you wish to make a comment/suggestion, or have a complaint, please contact the Practice Manager, either in writing or by calling the surgery on 01842 860400.

If you wish to make a complaint on behalf of another patient (ie family member); due to patient confidentiality we will require their consent in order to discuss any concerns.

The Practice Manager will listen to your complaint and discuss with you how best to resolve it. This may mean one or more of the following:

  • A verbal explanation
  • A written reply
  • A meeting with a doctor
  • A further meeting with the Practice Manager after she has had time to investigate your complaint
  • We will try to address your concerns with a full explanation and discuss any action which could follow
  • It will be our aim to answer all your questions
